PUBLIC AUCTION!  The Loranda Group, Inc. is pleased to offer for sale the Hickey Family Farms, 976.36 acres located in Logan County, IL. This property will be offered in seven tracts utilizing the "Bidder's Choice with Privilege" method of sale at the September 14th auction. The Buyer(s) will receive the Landlord's share of the 2023 crops and will be required to reimburse the Seller at closing for the Landlord's share of the 2023 crop expenses.

Tract 1 is located 3.5 miles north of Beason, Illinois. The 160 acre parcel has 154.8 tillable acres and the predominant soil types on the farm are Sable silty clay loam, Ipava silt loam, and Plano silt loam.  The productivity index (P.I.) on the cropland acres is 140.2 and the average crop yields from 2018-2022 were Corn: 241 B/A and Soybeans: 64 B/A.

At the 10:00 AM auction, all bidding will be in dollars per acre. Bidding will not be conditional on financing and possession of the land will be given at closing, subject to any remaining rights of the 2023 tenants.
