PUBLIC AUCTION! The Loranda Group, Inc. is pleased to offer for sale the JARD Farm, 349 acres located 2 miles N of Woodhull, or 15 miles N of Galesburg in Henry County, IL.
This property will be offered in three tracts at the November 22nd auction. According to the local Farm Service Agency, this farm contains 334.25 cropland acres, which includes 24.5 acres enrolled in CRP. The predominant soil types are Ipava silt loam, Sylvan silty clay loam, and Osco silt loam and the P.I. is 122. The topography ranges from nearly level to moderately sloping and the real estate taxes paid in 2021 were $10,356.
The 2:00 PM auction will be held at the Woodhull Municipal Building, using the "Bidder's Choice with Privilege" method of sale . Bidding will not be conditional on financing and possession of the land will be given at closing. Finally, there is no lease in place for the 2022 crop year.
