PUBLIC AUCTION! The Loranda Group, Inc. is pleased to offer for sale the Robison Trust Farm, 146 acres located 2 miles NE of New Washington, or 15 miles SE of Scottsburg in Clark County, IN.
This property will be offered in one tract at the February 10th auction. According to the local Farm Service Agency, this farm contains 113 cropland acres and the predominant soil types are Cincinnati silt loam, Ryker-Grayford silt loams, and Nabb silt loam. The topography ranges from nearly level to moderately sloping and the real estate taxes paid in 2021 were $1,933.22. Approximately 32 acres of the non-tillable land is enrolled in the Indiana Classified Forest Program.
The 10:00 AM auction will be held at the 1894 Lodge and bidding will be on a dollars per acre basis. Bidding will not be conditional on financing and possession of the land will be given at closing. Finally, there is no lease in place for the 2022 crop year.
