PUBLIC AUCTION!  The Loranda Group, Inc. is pleased to offer for sale the Trinkle-Ogle Family Farm, 145.74 acres located in Champaign County, IL. This property will be offered in two tracts at the October 26th auction.

Tract 1 is located 1 mile southwest of Fisher, Illinois. These 119.54 acres are nearly all tillable and in one large field. The predominant soil types on the farm are Ashkum silty clay loam, Elliott silty clay loam, and Varna silt loam and it has a Productivity Index (P.I.) of 122.7.

Tract 2 is adjacent to the northwest village limits of Mahomet, Illinois, is nearly all tillable, and has a soil productivity index (P.I.) of 124.8. The tract is currently being farmed but its proximity to Mahomet residential subdivisions, the Mahomet-Seymour High School (located 0.5 miles south of the tract), and the Buffalo Trace Prairie Loop walking and biking trail in Lake of the Woods Forest Preserve (located east of the tract) presents the opportunity for many other possible uses.

At the 10:00 AM auction, the property will be offered as two separate tracts and not combined. All bidding will be in dollars per acre. Bidding will not be conditional on financing and possession of the land will be given at closing.  Finally, there is no lease in place for the 2023 crop year.
