Description:

PUBLIC AUCTION! The Loranda Group, Inc. is pleased to offer for sale the Christman Farm, 60 acres located in Shelby County, IL. This property will be offered in one tract at the December 17th auction. The farm is located 2 miles NE of Findlay, 10 miles NE of Shelbyville, or 25 miles SE of Decatur. This parcel has 59.7 cropland acres and is unimproved. The predominant soil types on the farm are Flanagan silt loam and Drummer silty clay loam and the P.I. is 144.

At the 10:00 AM auction, all bidding will be in dollars per acre. Bidding will not be conditional on financing and possession of the land will be given at closing. The 2024 lease has been terminated and lease rights are open for 2025. Bids on the tract will be taken live (at the auction site) and online utilizing the BidWrangler platform. Note: You must be pre-registered at least 12 hours before the start of the auction. Finally, the Sellers reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
