The property will be offered in two tracts at the January 31st auction. The 10:00 AM auction will be held at the Allin Township Community Building in Stanford. Bidding will not be conditional on financing and possession of the land will be given at closing. There is no lease in place for the 2020 crop though the Buyers (or their tenants) will be required to reimburse the previous tenant for the fertilizer that was applied in the fall of 2019.
