The 10:00 AM auction will be held at the the Resource Bank Community Room in Leland and bidding will be on a dollars per acre basis. Bidding will not be conditional on financing and landlord possession of the acreage will be given at closing. The Purchaser shall receive 100% of the landlord’s share of income from the 2022 crop and pay all expenses for the same.
