PUBLIC AUCTION!  The Loranda Group, Inc. is pleased to offer for sale the Betty Maxwell Family Farm, 80 acres located 2.5 miles southwest of Farmer City in DeWitt County, IL.

This property will be offered in one tract at the September 15th auction. According to the local Farm Service Agency, this farm contains approximately 78.5 cropland acres and the predominant soil types - Sable silty clay loam, Ipava silt loam, and Catlin silt
loam have a Productivity Index (P.I.) of 142.3. The topography ranges from nearly level to gently sloping and the real estate taxes paid in 2022 were $4,255.36.

The 10:00 AM auction will be held at the Woodlawn Country Club in Farmer City and bidding will be on a dollars per acre basis. Bidding will not be conditional on financing and landlord possession of the acreage will be given at closing.  The Seller shall retain 100% of the landlord’s share of income from the 2022 crop and pay all expenses for the same.
