This property will be offered in one tract at the February 12th auction. The farm is located 5 miles E of Crawfordsville or 15 miles W of Lebanon. This parcel has 118.5 cropland acres and 2.1 acres enrolled in CRP. The predominant soil types on the farm are Starks silt loam and Mahalasville silty clay loam, which can be very productive (WAPI: 168.4 / NCCPI: 89.4).
At the 10:00 AM auction, all bidding will be online and in dollars per acre. Bidding will not be conditional on financing and possession of the land will be given at closing.
