This property will be offered in one tract at the December 10th auction. The farm is located 4 miles NW of Goodfield or 10 miles E of Peoria. This parcel has 76.9 cropland acres and is unimproved. The predominant soil types on the farm are Ipava silt loam and Sable silty clay loam and the P.I. is 142.7.
At the 10:00 AM auction, all bidding will be online and in dollars per acre. Bidding will not be conditional on financing and possession of the land will be given at closing.
