This property will be offered in one tract at the February 11th auction and is located 6 miles E of Flora or 13 miles NW of Kokomo. According to the local Farm Services Agency, the parcel has 145.11 cropland acres and the predominant soil types are Fincastle-Starks silt loams and Cyclone silty clay loam, both of which can be very productive (WAPI: 159.5 / NCCPI: 81.4).
At the 10:00 AM auction, bidding will be in dollars per acre. Bidding will not be conditional on financing and landlord possession of the acreage will be given at closing as there is a one-year cash lease in place for 2026.
