LeeAnn Moss has exceptional experience in the sale and valuation of agricultural real estate.

LeeAnn graduated from the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada with an Honors Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, and started her sales career with a prominent consumer products company. Upon relocating to Illinois in the mid-1980s, her emphasis shifted to agricultural asset management and coordinating the activities of a national auction company that pioneered the multi-parcel method of sale.

She has been involved in the sale of thousands of acres of real estate in her career via the public auction, sealed bid, and brokerage methods of sale. Property types range from Midwestern farmland to commercial and residential properties to a 64,000-acre ranch.

LeeAnn also has performed quality appraisal and valuation work for a wide variety of clients including financial institutions, attorneys, corporations, and a variety of landowners and investors.

LeeAnn is a licensed auctioneer and real estate broker, and is a member of all prominent appraisal and real estate trade associations. She is an Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA) with the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers, a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, and has been awarded the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation.  She is also a member of the National Auctioneers Association, holds the CAI designation from the Auction Marketing Institute, and is a graduate of the Missouri Auction School.

In 2000, LeeAnn received a Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) in Agricultural Economics from the University of Illinois. She is an award-winning writer and educator who teaches real estate, auction, appraisal, and small business management courses across the nation. She speaks regularly on issues relating to agricultural and transitional real estate, and is a national AQB Certified USPAP (appraisal standards) Instructor.

In early 1995, LeeAnn and her husband, John, formed The Loranda Group, Inc. to assist clients across the nation with agricultural real estate sales, acquisitions, auctions, and consulting.
